January 26, 1985 – April 23, 2025

It is with profound sadness that the family of Donna Lorene Ermineskin announces her sudden passing near Ashmont, Alberta at the age of 40 years.

Donna will be lovingly remembered by her 2 children: Issac and Bobbi-Ann Ermineskin, and her adopted daughter: Shyah Mackinaw, her beloved parents; Florence and Bobby Ermineskin, her brothers: Desmond “Moogie” Scanie and Justin “Busto” Lightning, soulmate: Raven Daignault, special friend: Clinton Nepoose and her aunts and uncles: Eddie Ermineskin, Raymond (Dorothy) Scanie, Noreen Scanie, Fred (Denise) Scanie, and Dorothy (Barry) Martial, and many relatives and friends. 

Donna was predeceased by her brother: Myles Scanie-Ermineskin, her sister: Roberta Dawn Ermineskin, maternal grandparents: Amable and Florestine Scanie, paternal grandparents: Steven and Louise Fraser, and her adopted dad: Buddy Napoleon.
